ASSESSMENT OF REGIONAL HANDICRAFT SECTOR DEVELOPMENT BASED ON A MULTIPLE REGRESSION MODEL (THE CASE OF KASHKADARYA REGION)

This paper proposes a four-factor multiple regression model to assess the development of the regional handicraft sector. The model is tested on real statistical data from handicraft enterprises in Kashkadarya region (n = 20), revealing a statistically significant effect of employment share and the volume of services on output (R² = 0.9996). Based on the findings, practical recommendations for the development of the handicraft sector are proposed.
