THE INTERCONNECTION OF THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICAL ACTIVITY IN TEACHING PAINTING

This article analyzes the interconnection between theoretical knowledge and practical activity in the teaching of painting in higher education institutions from a scientific and pedagogical perspective. Painting education is considered a complex pedagogical process that integrates theoretical foundations, practical skills, and creative thinking. The study emphasizes that effective teaching of painting requires a balanced integration of theory and practice, systematic organization of practical training, and the application of modern pedagogical technologies. The results show that step-by-step learning models, visual demonstration methods, reflective analysis, portfolio-based assessment, and digital tools significantly enhance students’ artistic competence. The article provides scientific and methodological recommendations for improving the effectiveness of painting education.
