SIF Governance: A Source-Governed Architecture for Bounded Technical Assurance
This technical note presents the research motivation and architecture of SIF Governance, a deterministic framework for evaluating whether an accepted technical object remains admissible when its governing evidence, policy, configuration, authority, or dependencies change. It defines the core governance model, runtime logic, provenance requirements, and explicit claim boundaries. The note records the framework’s conceptual state prior to independent external software engineering evaluation. It does not report validation results or claim domain-independent correctness.
