Operational Manual for Topological Readout of the 24 Physical Constants — Real–Imaginary Phase Readout + Operational Landing + Epistemological Ascension

This paper presents the operational system for reading out the 24 fundamental physical constants on the \\(T^{64}\\) topological torus, comprising real–imaginary phase location, operational landing guidelines and epistemological ascension. Under the holographic paradigm of Yuanxian Theory, every physical constant is a topological fixed point on the 35-step dimensional-reduction chain of the \\(T^{64}\\) hypertorus. The manual establishes the master table of real–imaginary phase readout, the three-level structure (real-part, imaginary-part and real–imaginary exchange), the completed phase locking of \\(J_{\\mathrm{eff}}=\\tan(2\\pi\\times10/68)\\approx1.3419\\), dual-track operational paths (meta-cognitive readout and binary verification), and the current completion status: theoretical topological traceability \\(24/24=100\\%\\), phase-layer dual certification \\(\\approx91.7\\%\\), operational-layer formal formulae \\(\\approx83.3\\%\\).
