THEORY OF UNIVERSAL EVOLUTIONARY REDISTRIBUTION. SYNTHESIS, STRUCTURAL DIFFERENTIAL AND TRACE OF CROSSING.
We present the TRUE framework, for Theory of Universal Evolutionary Redistribution. The framework rests on a single discrete, local equation describing the accumulation, saturation and redistribution of a constraint on a network of coupled sites. The equation is computable in exact fractions, without eigenvalues, without continuous functions, without floating-point arithmetic. The ratio between the corrective coefficients of the macroscopic force equation is computed structurally. This ratio equals minus 440 over 279. The framework reproduces the precessions of the first six planets of the solar system with a maximum deviation below 0.05 arcsecond per century. It reproduces the propagation speed of cortical spreading depression at 3.96 millimeters per minute, against 3 to 5 observed. It reproduces critical granular distributions. It reproduces the arithmetic signatures of networks. It is consistent with recent observations from Hubble and the James Webb Space Telescope on the simultaneous formation of Earth and the Moon. The framework distinguishes two levels of local constants. S, a physical coupling constant, converts the units of the network into physical units. C_eq equal 31 and C_pol equal 9, the primary pair of conductances of the solar core, convert the abstract geometry of the anisotropic cubic network into the effective geometry of the solar core. All these constants are identified, like G or c.Alpha is not a constant. It is the mark of crossing, the movement by which a saturated site redistributes its excess. The count is integer. 137 possible configurations, only one corresponds to the crossing. A photon emerges, or it does not emerge. There are no decimals in nature at this level. Each local structure amputates the 136 by a term equal to the square of its effective coordination z. Its local trace equals 137 minus d. Three independent classical formulas, Wyler, Gilson, Eddington, give 137 numerically without any measured physical constant. They read the trace of crossing through three different structures.
