Operational Manual for Topological Readout of the 24 Physical Constants — Real–Imaginary Phase Readout + Operational Landing + Epistemological Ascension
This paper presents the operational system for reading out the 24 fundamental physical constants on the \\(T^{64}\\) topological torus, comprising real–imaginary phase location, operational landing guidelines and epistemological ascension. Under the holographic paradigm of Yuanxian Theory, every physical constant is a topological fixed point on the 35-step dimensional-reduction chain of the \\(T^{64}\\) hypertorus.
