A Conceptual Hypothesis for Spatial Transfer and Environmental Reconstruction Conceptual Hypothesis

This work proposes a conceptual hypothesis in which the spatial distribution of electric charge is considered a form of structural information capable, in principle, of specifying a physical entity. The proposed model examines whether the transfer or reproduction of such a charge-distribution pattern in a physically distinct environment could result in the reconstruction of a corresponding physical structure. In this framework, the destination environment is not treated as passive. Its ionic, electronic, electromagnetic, and material properties interact with the transferred charge distribution and determine its subsequent organization and evolution. The work therefore distinguishes between the informational description of an entity, its material realization, and its environment-dependent development. The hypothesis extends the conceptual role of charge distribution from a descriptive physical property toward a possible carrier of structural information. It raises the question of whether the organization of charge could provide a sufficient specification for reconstruction of a physical entity under appropriate physical conditions. This publication presents the concept as a theoretical hypothesis and framework for further mathematical formulation, computational modeling, and experimental investigation. It does not claim that macroscopic teleportation or matter reconstruction has been experimentally demonstrated. The proposed principle is that structural information may be encoded not only in the identity of matter, but in the spatial organization of its charge distribution.
