BIDS-SRB Preregistration Protocol: Pre-outcome Authority v1.1

Pre-outcome amendment A05 to the BIDS-SRB preregistration. v1.1 freezes the explicit Gate16 repeatability design before any baseline/sham or admitted metadata-fault outcome: two baseline plus two byte-identical sham attempts per execution context, fixed seed/thread/environment controls, strict-provenance canonicalization, and an explicit prohibition on deriving a numerical equivalence margin from the 2+2 design. Global N remains 9. Scientific metadata-fault execution remains prohibited.
