Extract Chronic breathlessness is a debilitating symptom experienced by people with advanced respiratory disease. Despite its high prevalence, access to specialist-led structured breathlessness support across the UK and internationally remains inconsistent [1, 2], due to geographical constraints, travel burden, limited clinical capacity, and the fluctuating nature of breathlessness [1, 2].
