The Case for Free, Verifiable, and Browser-Native Scientific Data Access in the Public Domain
This paper argues that true public access to scientific data requires not only legal openness but practical usability: the ability for any person, regardless of technical background, to explore scientific information directly through a web browser at zero cost to the user. Astrophyzix Digital Observatory was developed to illustrate that this is not only possible, it shows that it's practical and fully accessible while maintaining consistently high scientific standards.
