Biomechanical Analysis of a World Record Motorcycle Jump from 9 Meters Height Using a 1974 Suzuki 246cc RL Trial Motorcycle
This case study examines the biomechanical parameters of a world record motorcycle jump performed on October 30, 2005 (8 Aban 1384), at the age of 22, using a 1974 Suzuki 246cc RL Trial motorcycle. The participant was a 22-year-old male athlete (height: 170 cm, weight: 64 kg). The jump was performed from a handmade earthen platform approximately 2.5 meters high with a 75-degree slope, located at the beginning of Tangeh Mahaleh Road (a side road branching to the right from the main road of Komehrd Village, facing a dead-end road named Lash), Tehran, Iran. The estimated jump height was 9 meters, equivalent to the height of an urban concrete electric pole. The jump was performed without any safety clothing or helmet. This record was officially registered by IMARO, IMARO Sports, TAFISA, TAFISA Confederation, KIKU Confederation, World University of Odisha (India), Book of Firsts (Japan), Book of Firsts (Mauritania), and World Infinity Nexus Institute (Thailand).
