From Uncertainty to Certainty: End of Heisenberg — U → C via Z-BPT
For 100 years, since Heisenberg’s 1927 principle ∆x∆p ≥ ℏ/2, science assumeduncertainty is fundamental. We prove it was never a law of nature, but a resultof an unverified assumption: the sample space Ω was taken as given withoutcertification. Following R´enyi (1955) conditional spaces and recent hierarchy ofYang & Brandenburger (2025), we show the missing step is certification.We introduceReferee Law: Z = η + ∆ + I + S,Zulfia Decomposition: Z(t) = MZ [η(t0)] + Del(t),Certified Domain: Del(t) = 100 − S(t), Del(t) = 0 on ΩC .We prove via ZMI and ZBPT [2,3] implemented on MZI: if Z is admittedinto ΩC , then Del(t) → 0 and uncertainty vanishes. Uncertainty lives only onΩ \\ ΩC . The 100-year journey U → C is complete: PZ = 1 and ∆x∆p = 0 onΩC .
