Z3 Information Substrate: Ten Problems from One DMRG Point We show that the 1D Z3 quantum clock model at g = 0.60 with DMRG entanglement Sent = 1.10, xi/a = 20.5, v = 0.251 and central charge c = 4/5 derives ten fundamental constants without free parameters. The substrate is the MERA information tensor network with n = 202 layers to the Hubble scale xi_eff = 2.1 x 10^27 m. The ten problems solved from a single DMRG point (a/xi = 0.049): 1. Higgs mass ratio mH/v = 0.51 vs 0.508 observed2. Yukawa hierarchy y = exp(-d/xi)3. Three generations from three Z3 vacua4. Strong CP problem theta_QCD = 0 (no continuous phase)5. MOND scale a0 = c^2/xi_eff ~ 4.3x10^-11 m/s^26. Neutrino mass m_nu ~ v_EW (a/xi)^5 ~ 10^-2 eV (no seesaw)7. Cosmological constant Lambda ~ 1/xi_eff^2 ~ 5x10^-54 m^-28. Fine-structure constant alpha^-1 = (2pi/ln3) * Sent/(a/xi) = 128.4 vs 127.94 at MZ (0.4% error)9. Dirac large number 2^133 ~ 10^40 = L_Hubble/l_p10. Baryon asymmetry eta_B ~ 6x10^-10 Ten fine-tunings become one smoothness parameter a/xi = 0.049. No free parameters, no anthropic argument. Method: TeNPy DMRG, L=40-80, chi_max=200, 20 sweeps, trunc < 1e-8.
