Serene Mind Mental Health Data Index: Anonymized Corporate and Community Triage Insights (Uganda)
This report represents the aggregated, de-identified clinical triage data collected via the Serene Mind Health Tech digital platform in Kampala, Uganda. Utilising globally recognised clinical screening frameworks --- specifically the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), this data index maps real-time trends in mental health stressors, workplace burnout, and anxiety indices across corporate sectors, educational institutions, and civic communities in East Africa. The objectives of this index is to provide an empirical data baseline for healthcare administrators, corporate health insurers, and public policymakers to design targeted preventative interventions. To protect participant privacy and comply fully with the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act (2019), all sensitive personal identifiers have been completely stripped and data is presented purely at an aggregated, corporate-demographic scale.
