Role of Selected Yoga Prectices in Hypothyroidism- A Review
Yogic practices may serve as a beneficial complementary approach in the management of hypothyroidism. Regular Yoga practice, including Asanas, Pranayama, and relaxation techniques, may support thyroid function, reduce stress, and improve overall physical and psychological well-being.
