AEIA - Ethical Agents of Artificial Intelligence: For a Digital Common Home - Whitepaper v1.0
AEIA (Agentes Éticos de IA) is a new category of AI agents proposed by Juan Carlos Lopez Roa (Lawyer, Specialist in Administrative Law, ULA). Founder of the legal doctrine of public space as a collective right (Provincia Nº27 & Nº35). AEIA proposes that humanity is the Common Home and digital public space must be protected from unethical AI contamination, just as physical public space is protected from solid waste pollution.
