Abstract

The potential of the philoma approach arises in processes where the meaning of material, evidential grounds, decision, action, and continuation of work are distributed among participants and means. This article develops four kinds of application: reconstruction and audit; design and restructuring; organization of inquiry, learning, and memory; and comparison of implementations and transfer. They are united by the study of operative distinctions and the way those distinctions are embodied. For firms, public and religious institutions, science, education, and mixed systems, the article compares a characteristic problem, a material distinction, a possible product, and the boundary of inference. The author's design for the firm "SS" demonstrates the designability of functional composition. A synthetic audit of an order-closure indicator shows how the grounds for an on-screen status differ from completion of an obligation. BOIS links search, a holistic hypothesis, verification, and subsequent use of experience. The M1 and M3 projects considered here use the A0-A9 scale. Its upper levels are developed within the author's premise of the entire Universe-philoma U: an internal position and the level of the substrate that implements it. A teaching pair shows the significance of including the researcher and the researcher's memory within the whole being tested. Selecting sufficient depth and measuring its added value receive different tests. Definitions and teaching cases justify directions of potential benefit; its magnitude, robustness, and cost are tested by comparative research. This article is a translation from Russian.
