A Reciprocating Rotary Scanner for Wide-Angle, High-Resolution of 3D LiDAR Systems

다각형 거울 스캐너는 라이다 시스템에 널리 사용되지만, 거울 면 수가 정수로 제한되어 넓은 스캔 각도와 높은 각도 분해능을 동시에 요구하는 고성능 라이다 에서는 설계상 한계를 가진다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 제약을 극복하기 위해 단일 반사면을 이용한 왕복 회전형 라이다 스캐너를 제안한다. 제안된 스캐너는 스캔 각도를 연속적으로 정의할 수 있어 각도 분해능과 스캔 각도를 독립적으로 조절할 수 있다. 또한 왕복 회전에 의해 발생하는 진동을 저감하기 위한 스캔 입력 프로파일을 제안하였다. 실험결과, 제안된 입력 프로파일은 진동 진폭을 0.3°에서 0.05°로 감소시키고 표준 편차는 0.01°이다. 이 결과는 제안된 방식이 왕복 스캐닝 시스템에서 안정적이고 균일한 스캔성능을 가능하게 함을 보여준다.
