Abstract

This paper introduces a revolutionary cosmological framework, the Septenary Quantum-Cosmological Field Theory (SQCFT), which redefines the mechanics of Quantum Entanglement, non-local information transfer, and the fundamental nature of time. By shifting the paradigm away from traditional macroscopic expansions born of high-entropy chaos, SQCFT models the universe as a highly ordered, non-linear geometric manifold structured as a dual-cone hyperbolic boundary—the Damaru Geometry—centered around a localized 7th-dimensional singularity (h=7). We formalize the cosmic transition from a primordial, non-vibrational state of absolute rest, defined as A-Spandana (f=0), to a multi-dimensional manifested state regulated by the structural constant of seven (7^k). Through the Trishul Vector Balance Model, we mathematically demonstrate how the universe sustains a steady state of Tri-Dimensional Equilibrium at the central singularity, exhibiting absolute Zero-Divergence (\nabla\cdot\vec{V}=0) across three symmetric tensor pillars: Sthula (Physical), Sukshma (Mental/Conscious), and Karana (Causal). In this updated version, we introduce the principle of Omni-Temporal Simultaneity (\partial T / \partial t = 0), establishing that at the core singularity, the past, present, and future exist concurrently as a unified, static temporal field without linear flow. Crucially, we propose that the "spooky action at a distance" observed in quantum entangled systems is an illusion born of lower-dimensional projection; non-local interactions are mediated instantaneously across cosmic distances because the underlying field converges at the h=7 singularity where spatial radius contracts to zero (R\to0). At this junction, information propagates via the Velocity of Mind (V_m), a superluminal frequency operating within the 6th and 7th dimensions, breaking through the conventional speed-of-light barrier (c).
