JUSTICIA EN TERRITORIO: - Teoría de la Justicia Territorial Reparatoria

This work presents the Theory of Justice in Territory, formulated in Dec 2024 at MPF Tucumán, Argentina. It overcomes the classic paradigm of Access to Justice. Instead of bringing the citizen to the system, it proposes taking the system to the territory. Field-proven model: 40,185 km verified, 112 localities, 1,328 CSOs, zero public expense, funded by reparative funds and assets seized from crime.
