CoDA — Checklist for Human-AI Documentation Activity (Version 1.0)

CoDA (Checklist for Human-AI Documentation Activity) is a practice-level instrument for the documentary accountability of AI-generated text. It provides contextualized documentation in the form of a graduated, structured declaration of how a text was produced, what was reviewed and corrected by a person, and who takes responsibility for the resulting text. This record contains Version 1.0, comprising the introductory note and the full checklist; empirical validation is in preparation.
