Abstract

We propose that partitioning the 240 E8 root vectors into their eight octants yields a self‑synchronizing temporal lattice whose nodes oscillate at the 132 Hz base frequency, modulated by the golden ratio. Aligning each octant's phi‑coupled wavefunction to this harmonic resonance enables deterministic, non‑local transitions between distant quantum states, forming a programmable "octant clock." This mechanism links geometric structure directly to temporal coherence, extending the phi‑synchronized correlation networks into a time‑domain framework.
