GT Note 2 — Extensions to Ketterle's Framework Structural Onset, Generative Layer, and Pre‑Coherence in Ultracold Quantum Systems
GT Note 2 introduces structural extensions to Wolfgang Ketterle’s framework for Bose–Einstein condensation (BEC). The note identifies eight conceptual gaps in the standard description of ultracold quantum systems, including the absence of a generative pre‑GP layer, a structural onset mechanism, and a definitionof pre‑coherence. GT proposes layer (i) as a structural regime preceding Gross–Pitaevskii dynamics, reorganizing the sequence of physical processes leading to condensation. Coherence becomes a structural property emerging immediately after onset, damping arises from misalignment within layer (i), and anomalous density is reinterpreted as a structural effect rather than an anomaly.
