Business Impact Governance: Minimum Viable Pilot Model — A 10-page, testable operating model for one outcome, one decision and measurable evidence
A 10-page, testable operating model designed to validate or falsify Business Impact Governance in a real operational setting. Companion pilot model to Business Impact Governance Framework v2.0. Built around one approved business outcome, one major incident decision use case, and three operational control points (CP1: Baseline approval, CP2: Material change, CP3: Decision use and review). Applies a conceptual decision logic (P = B + S + T, functionally P = f(B, S, T)) to evaluate whether a governed, reusable Business Impact Profile improves decision speed, consistency, and traceability without enterprise-wide overhead.
