Spatial-Coordinate Mapping in Silicon Photonics: A Method for Constructing Passive 'Cold' Machine Vision Matrices on the Principles of Analog Photofixation
This paper presents a theoretical foundation and an applied engineering model for constructing a completely passive optical sensor (matrix) for high-speed machine vision systems and robotics. The method is fundamentally based on abandoning the sequential Shannon quantization of the video stream via high-frequency ADCs. Instead, it proposes transferring the framing and addressing logic directly into the physical topology of silicon. The AxisAura method utilizes the deterministic physical parameters of photons for the passive switching of memory address lines, mimicking the energy-efficient principle of classical analog photoprinting, where the registration of an 'energetic imprint' of reality occurs purely through the energy of the incoming wave itself.
