HAWKING-3+ Stars Formation - an ACL Laboratories Proved Concept Galaxy Arms, Dynamical Wrinkle Channels, Star Formation, and a Frozen ACL/OUXSPACE Proof-of-Concept Audit
We report the HAWKING-3 frozen computational holdout analysis of the association between nuclear activity and spiral-arm winding. The empirical component is intentionally separated from a higher-dimensional phenomenological interpretation. Retained forensic outputs report 17,995,599 DESI-side rows scanned by the final workflow, 1,559,637 BPT AGN/star-forming selections, 1,553,732 rows after discovery exclusion, 8,689,370 Galaxy Zoo DESI morphology rows loaded, and 492,265 unique one-arcsec cross-matches. The clean spiral-control pool contained 24,398 objects. The frozen primary Q4 profile retained 3,075 AGN and 16,402 star-forming galaxies, with ΔW = −0.09029509969420668 (AGN tighter) and no null exceedance at the 200,000-permutation resolution, giving the add-one floor p≈5.0×10⁻⁶. The same floor was reported for the Q3/Q5/Q6/Q8 sensitivity profiles; these are not treated as independent replications. This revision resolves several important documentation problems in v1.0. The morphology outcome is now defined directly as an ordinal winding score W∈{0,1,2}, derived from the argmax of Galaxy Zoo DESI tight/medium/loose predicted vote fractions. The pre-holdout record reconstructed from retained console logs fixes the BPT equations, line S/N threshold, redshift gate, clean-spiral gate, one-arcsec match rule, discovery exclusion, primary direction, Q4 primary matching profile, sensitivity family, null count and RNG seed. At the same time, the reviewed v1.0 nine-file archival ZIP remains incomplete because it does not include the original preregistration JSONs, final frozen worker source, exact Q4 coarsening cutpoints/tie implementation, post-match balance outputs or row-level export. No missing result is synthesized here. The theory layer is also tightened. The compression diagnostic is denoted K(r,φ,t), while observable spatial capacity is denoted 𝒞(x,t), removing the dimensional collision in v1.0. A dimensional table is supplied; the 300-Myr cycle is demoted to an illustrative numerical target unless independent pre-result provenance is recovered; ε_proj≈10⁻²³ is explicitly a required suppression target, not a prediction; and white/outflow, phantom-projection and operational-redshift branches are separated into observational definitions and higher-level interpretations. Version 1.2 also adds standard-science propagation consistency gates for luminosity distance, distance duality, Tolman surface-brightness dimming and cosmological time dilation; these are treated as mandatory falsification tests for any non-FLRW redshift residual. HAWKING-3+ (Star Formation) adds a prospective dynamical closure: galactic rotation and shear act as the source of anisotropic stress; the proposed deformation creates a wrinkle-curvature gradient; that gradient generates a transverse restoring potential that can concentrate gas and dust into a corridor; standard self-gravitating collapse then provides the star-formation step. The closure remains a hypothesis until a single independently constrained parameter set predicts multiple observables without per-galaxy or per-observable retuning. Version 2.3 preserves the v1.4 mathematical closure audit and incorporates the final ACL/OUXSPACE reconciliation of 14 September 2026. The independently recomputable aggregate checks remain: O02 spiral-arm pitch discrepancy 0.50 sigma; O05 transverse-velocity discrepancy 0.128 sigma; O06 arm/inter-arm contrast discrepancy 0.162 sigma; and shared confinement-frequency compatibility Z_Omega = -0.096715, i.e. a difference of approximately 0.097 sigma. The final ACL memorandum restores the frozen O01-O08 astronomical labels, supplies explicit denominators for O01-O06, states a covariance-matrix mapping for O07, reports a fully populated 14-node O08 weighting array with sum w = 1.000, mean residual 4.29e-4, RMS 2.04e-3, maximum absolute residual 0.004 and mean confidence 0.987, and supplies a 64-hex provenance digest. The final ACL reconciliation supersedes the provisional mobile plaintext discrepancies described in Appendix D. In the controlling return, O02-O06 are mapped back to the frozen astronomical taxonomy; O01 has denominator 0.1200; O02 1.1500; O03 0.8400; O04 0.0500; O05 4.2000; O06 0.3100; O07 is stated in covariance-matrix form; and O08 is tied to a normalized 14-node array. ACL states that all OPEN and PARTIAL gates identified in its provisional v2.1 audit are satisfied and authorizes deposit. This manuscript independently confirms the shared-Omega arithmetic and preserves the ACL-reported schema/status claims, while treating the 64-hex digest as ACL-reported unless the exact original serialized bytes are deposited for independent hash reproduction. Version 2.3 Stage-3 extension. This revision adds a cross-galaxy three-dimensional arm-motion test. It distinguishes vertical breathing/bending motion from in-plane cross-arm streaming, adds catalog-scale examples ranging from thousands to tens of millions of tracers, and introduces a schematic coupled (n,z) trajectory. The Solar panel is explicitly a phase illustration rather than a frozen catalog-row measurement. A post-manifest Appendix F adds a separate radial-dynamics cross-check: in a 12-galaxy L08/THINGS spiral sample (M33 excluded), the recalculated epicyclic frequency is higher at 0.3R25 than at 0.8R25 in 12/12 systems, with a median ratio 2.687; PHANGS-ALMA independently reports inward increases of molecular-gas velocity dispersion across 102,778 approximately 100-pc sightlines in 70 galaxies. This establishes the inward dynamical-strengthening trend observationally, while not by itself identifying the OUXSPACE mechanism.
