Abstract

This paper provides a transparent, empirical handbook for constructing a continuous-operation topological quantum computer in a standard laboratory environment. By leveraging a Fibonacci aperiodic lattice (G3 DS 987), macroscopic acoustic Floquet drives, and the Topological Anderson Insulator (TAI) effect, this architecture operates in complete darkness at liquid nitrogen temperatures (77K). The processor achieves optimal coherence with an engineered 8% structural defect rate.
