Roebuck's Law 4: Phononic and Spectral Control Without Violation
This methods preprint states that spectral and phononic engineering can change heat-transfer magnitude, direction, bandwidth, and destination without eliminating energy or entropy closure. Version 2 uses net spectral-angular exchange, limits the blackbody entropy-flux relation to its proper domain, and requires simultaneous calibrated spectroscopy and net heat-flow measurement. No measured performance is claimed.
