UDCT v5.6: Frozen Static Ψ_BD on the SPARC Dwarf Track A Subsample — BTFR Compared with MOND

Locked result: SPARC Track A dwarf/LSB cut, N=23, residual scatter σ=0.254 dex (identical for frozen UDCT and MOND). ξ0 is not refitted. Track A cuts: Q=1, i>30 deg, Vf>0, and (Vf<80 km/s or Mgas/Mstar>2). Baryonic mass follows Mb = 0.5 L[3.6] + 1.33 MHI. The two deep-MOND lines differ only by log10(a0/ξ0)=0.045 dex. UGC 07125 is kept in the official sample; dropping it is a footnote (clean-22, σ=0.184 dex). This technical note does not introduce a unified dynamic formula. SPARC 175 contains no Bullet Cluster analogue. The unpublished v2.5 claim χ²ν ≈ 8.40 → 2.08 is not reproduced here.
