Beyond Pigment Loss: Three Therapeutic Objectives in Vitiligo
Vitiligo entails three therapeutic objectives: control of autoimmune activity, restoration of melanocyte function, and interruption of disease memory. Distinguishing these goals can refine clinical management, trial endpoints, and therapeutic development in vitiligo and other immune-mediated skin diseases.
