Reversing human aging using the Quatotron method
The paper presents the Quatotron method – the first engineering system that reproduces the reversal of human aging, the scientific idea was the discovery and confirmation of the possibility of this process in mammals using heterochronic parabiosis. The theoretical basis is the target concepts developed by the author as reference for monitoring the recovery and health of the body: 20 meta-media (distributed anatomical spaces), 10 meta-regulators (integrative control circuits) and 22 meta-groups of molecules (molecular atlas of aging). It is shown that aging is a consequence of cascade desynchronization of meta-targets, and Quatotron affects all cells and environments of the body simultaneously. The theory of subjectabols with the metric of the density of objects is proposed as a tool for systemic correction of nutrition and control of the intake of harmful substances. The data of single-cell transcriptomic analysis are presented, confirming the decrease in senescent cells from 18% to 4% after four courses. The technique was applied to 110 volunteers, improvement was recorded in more than 30 previously incurable diseases, and the reversal of age-related changes in 7 people aged 55–91, including the author, was documented. For 8 years of observation (>35,000 hours), no adverse events were recorded. The author cites his own experience of self-aging of the body for 9 years, and the way out of old age.
