Development of project management in the context of digital transformation: global trends and methodologies

The article examines the changes in strategic management in the context of the digitalization of the economy and the increasing role of data in the management of organizations. It is shown that modern companies are gradually moving from rigid long-term planning to more flexible and adaptive strategies based on digital platforms, artificial intelligence, analytical tools and constant monitoring of the external environment. Special attention is paid to the level of implementation of digital technologies in Russian organizations, industry differences and limitations of the use of AI. It is noted that the basic digital infrastructure is widely used, while Big Data, artificial intelligence and advanced analytics are still limited. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop digital competencies, improve data quality and update the ICT infrastructure to strengthen the competitiveness of organizations in modern conditions of digital business transformation.
