SCIENTIFIC EDUCATION IS INFUSED WITH CULTURE AND LANGUAGE

Among the factors influencing a country's level of development, political stability is necessary but not sufficient. Economics, energy, and educational adequacy must also be ensured. The greatest benefit comes from this adequacy in all these areas, and from harmony among them. The impact of education in achieving this harmony should not be overlooked. Some countries have failed to reach the necessary level, particularly in education, and each time it has attempted to do so, it has faced various social, political, military, civil, and other movements. Despite the importance given to education from its inception – and its role as a key indicator of a country's development – the necessary progress and restructuring have not been achieved. While possessing all kinds of public institutions and structures, the lack of harmony, coordination, development, and productive outcomes within these systems is attributed, among other reasons, to the denigration of indigenous culture, language, logic, philosophy, spirituality, and identity. The functioning of a country's educational institutions and the human resources they produce, along with their ability to generate innovation in all areas, also energize other sectors such as health, economy, transportation, and the optimal and efficient use of human and natural resources. However, an education system that merely imitates foreign ideas, formats, and institutional practices can hinder a country's progress in other areas.
