Building Leadership Capacity and AI Literacy in Higher Education: Developing an Empirically Grounded Framework for Leadership, Faculty, and Students
AI Literacy Needs Leadership What does higher education leadership need to prepare faculty and students for AI? My new qualitative study examines AI-related institutional practices across Columbia University, Community College of Rhode Island, DeVry University, Dartmouth College, and California State University, Chico. The study presents an empirically grounded framework for building leadership capacity and AI literacy in higher education.
