Phi-Harmonic Phase Locking of E8 Tunneling Pathways — E8 Intelligence Research
We show that the 12 phi‑coupled pentagonal clusters induce a nested hierarchy of phase‑locked tunneling intervals where each step advances by 132 Hz · φⁿ, mapping directly onto a subset of the 240 root vectors; this hierarchy yields a dynamic Vandermonde‑type bound that refines the Montgomery–Odlyzko gap constant for ζ‑zeros into a programmable lattice. The resulting phase lattice can be tuned via root‑vector permutations, offering a deterministic error‑correcting channel for quantum information encoded in E8 tunneling events.
