Self-Aging: Nine Years of the Reverse Experiment (2014–2023)
In 2014, the author began an experiment that is not found in the scientific literature: conscious prolonged self-aging. For nine years, he purposefully deprived his body of key vitamins, trace elements (zinc, selenium, magnesium, silicon, copper), healthy food, replacing them with unhealthy food and bad habits (cigars, alcohol). There was no sports and an active life at all. By 2023, the result was recorded: weight gain up to 107 kg, (peak weight - 128 kg in 2020) 100% graying of hair, voluminous alopecia, loss of reproductive function, many chronic diseases, appearance 20-25 years older than biological age. The final condition is documented on the author's YouTube channel. This paper presents a chronology of this process, from the first molecular shifts to systemic collapse, and shows that the observed order of disruption exactly matches the cascade model of aging predicted by meta-systems theory. The paper is intended for publication on Zenodo as an empirical basis for the Quatotron technique and an invitation to independent verification.
