Scapular orientation influences glenohumeral translation after anterior and posterior labral tears: a cadaveric study

This repository contains data generated in the study of glenohumeral translations for intact glenoids and after creation of anterior and posterior defects, with variations in scapular orientation and glenohumeral abduction angle. The specimens were taken from a convenience sample obtained from the tissue suppliers, with efforts made to exclude specimens with overt shoulder pathology. Evaluation of cadaver specimens prior to procurement was limited to donor summary documentation that was many times sparse in terms of detailed medical history. The database contains the computed tomography (CT) scans in DICOM format, segmentation files, surfaces files, experimental 3D printed block designs, and experimental measurement files (compiled into those used in the associated manuscript).
