Dose Optimization or Rescue? Interpreting Week 24 Disease Control After Abrocitinib Dose Modification
This letter highlights an interpretative issue in a real-world landmark analysis of abrocitinib dose optimization in atopic dermatitis. Post-landmark dose re-escalations may complicate attribution of Week 24 disease control to Week 16 treatment trajectories, warranting clarification of subsequent treatment exposure and outcome timing.
