The chromosomal genome sequence of Pseudorhiza aurosa von Lendenfeld, 1882 (Rhizostomeae: Lychnorhizidae) and its associated microbial metagenome sequences
We present a genome assembly from a specimen of Pseudorhiza aurosa (Cnidaria; Scyphozoa; Rhizostomeae; Lychnorhizidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 183.49 megabases. The whole assembly is scaffolded into 18 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 13.73 kilobases. From the metagenome data, we recovered two high-quality metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs).
