Abstract

This paper presents a mathematical framework connecting planetary dynamics (Earth's orbital velocity, rotational speed, diameter, and time cycles) with fundamental physical constants (c, α−1≈137.035) and geometric operators (π, π2, π4, 1.2008, 216, 3600). It demonstrates that planetary axial rotation and orbital translation are not random, independent events. Instead, astronomical velocities and measurement units emerge as geometric projections of a single harmonic matrix.
