THE AGRAWAL THIRD LAW OF COSMOLOGICAL VELOCITY: RESOLVING SUPERLUMINAL REALITIES VIA COMPLEX COORDINATE TRANSFORMATION FRAMES, REACTIVE MASS (jm), AND THE DYNAMICS OF COSMIC EXPANSION

This paper stands as a direct practical and mathematical continuation of the Agrawal Third Law of the Universe published by the author, which established a standalone theoretical framework proposing mathematics as an objective, fluid coordinate axis of spacetime (the M-axis) to resolve fundamental deadlocks in quantum mechanics (the EPR paradox) and eliminate infinity errors at Black Hole Singularities. This paper demonstrates the calculation transitions to a newly defined, strictly positive parameter named Agrawal Reactive Mass (jm). The numerical value of this new parameter decays exponentially toward zero as velocity increases (yielding jm = m0 / 1.732 at 2c, and jm = m0 / sqrt(99) at 10c). This provides the exact mechanical mechanism that explains the accelerating expansion of the universe by reducing structural impedance at the cosmic horizon, effectively eliminating the mathematical necessity for speculative concepts like Dark Energy and grounding the Agrawal Third Law in verified physical principles.
