IDEA: Adjustment made to the live model — verify against the backtests: Apply filter: XAUUSD SHORT @ NY_OPEN with 5 conf — improves win rate from 31.9% to 58.3% (+26.5pp, n=12) SAME-WINDOW EFFECT: Applying the filter (XAUUSD SHORT only at NY_OPEN with 5 conf) would have eliminated all three XAUUSD SHORT trades in the current window (entries at 11:35, 11:20, 09:55 on 2026-07-31 and 2026-08-04) — all were CLOSED/LOSS. That removes 3 losing trades from the 10 listed, leaving 7 trades with 4 wins and 3 losses (57.1% win rate vs. current 40%). PnL delta is positive: you avoid three full losses, and since no XAUUSD SHORT in this window was a winner, the net effect is a direct gain of those lost amounts (estimated +3R to +4R depending on stop sizes).
