RNA-seq of subcutaneous 4T1 tumors with TRIM3 overexpression and control
This project contains RNA sequencing data generated from tumor tissues of a mouse subcutaneous 4T1 breast cancer model. TRIM3-overexpressing 4T1 cells and vector control cells were implanted subcutaneously, and tumors were harvested for transcriptome analysis. Three biological replicates were included in each group (n=3 per group). The dataset was generated to investigate the transcriptional changes associated with TRIM3 overexpression in breast cancer tumors.
