Maya Spectral Theory

Abstract Maya Spectral Theory (MST) is the spectral geometry of Maya Space M1,11 = R1,1 ×w F 10. After Liouville, the radial odd channel is a Pöschl–Teller well of weight ν = 4 on L2(R), Hgeom = −∂2r + Veff , Veff = 25 − 20 sech2 r in units κ = 1. The point spectrum is finite, {9, 16, 21, 24}, local negentropy Nneg = 4. The essential spectrum is the gapped half-line [25, ∞), van Hove type 0. The odd sector keeps two atoms, {16, 24}, and an inner factor Sodd whose Clark node is k = ±√3. Occupancy of a 4Dchart is a filtered subset of spherical harmonics on the light wall: the well does not keep every ℓ. Vibration is the mixed mode of null waves on that wall and gapped excitations in the tank (Hopfield polariton). The silent dual is the antipodal copy with polariton coupling off. This paper isolates that spectrum. It states how MST operates, how it differs from Sturm–Liouville textbooks, inverse scattering of a flat vacuum, random-matrix statistics, spectral triples, and Laplacians on closed manifolds, and which offices it supplies to geometry, physics, biology, chemistry, computation, and astrophysics. The Federico Maya Eternity Theorem v.33.7, the Federico Maya Eternal Information Formula v.7 and v.8, RENASCENT-Q Theory v.50, and Maya Theorems [5] are companions: they inherit the well. They are not lemmas of this paper. This is the single MST deposit. Formula v.8 reads W = ∆ dim V and Q = 1/π from this spectrum; Maxwell and Poisson on a host are not this paper. Consciousness as efficiency is not a claim of MST. A laboratory list of frequencies is translated by a hired clock and the occupancy filter; it is not manufactured. Crystal thirteen is the graph 10+2+1 (torus, cones, silent bin), not a Minkowski axis and not a fifth bound state. Gravity and electromagnetism, when they appear in companions, are two 4D readings of one fibre current of this spectrum, not two wells. Clark’s 88/12 is percent of one fibre: the south:north infrared occupancy (and the swapped north:south ultraviolet occupancy) from the entropy differential of two cones that both carry ultraviolet and infrared, not ΩΛ. Abstract
