Transcriptomic responses of human dermal fibroblasts and human dermal microvascular endothelial cells to Cystatin A stimulation
Primary human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs) and human dermal microvascular endothelial cells (HDMECs) were cultured under standard conditions in the absence or presence of Cystatin A, with three independent biological replicates included for each cell type and treatment condition. Total RNA was extracted from each sample and subjected to bulk RNA sequencing to characterize the transcriptomic profiles of HDFs and HDMECs and to assess their cell-type-specific transcriptional responses to Cystatin A treatment. This submission includes the sequencing reads and the corresponding sample and experimental metadata.
