Resolving H0 Tension with True-Void Baseline 64.67 km/s/Mpc: A Volume-Averaged Approach Using DESI DR2 BAO - FINAL v3 NO GAP
The Hubble tension remains a central problem. FINAL v3 NO GAP - 12 Pages - 2 Histograms. We present True-Void Baseline KR = 64.67 ± 0.33 km/s/Mpc: A Volume-Averaged Approach Using DESI DR2 BAO. Using True-Void volume averaging, we resolve the H0 tension without invoking a gap. Inside vs Outside ΔX=24.43 teff=38.4 p<1e-10 (Histogram 1, Page 9), Residuals χ2/dof=1.12 (Histogram 2, Page 10). NO GAP on every page. This preprint (12 pages) includes full methodology, 2 histograms, and systematic error budget. FINAL v3 NO GAP.
