Toward a Language for the Musical Model of the Universe: A Formal Project for Octave, Resonance, and Cyclic Structures
This work addresses the problem of constructing a formal language for structures in which vibration, octave, resonance, cycle, and field are treated as primitive notions. The work does not propose a physical theory and does not replace existing physics. It contains: a statement of the problem; a minimal set of primitive concepts; three layers of formalization; a phenomenological application to the model corpus; and an examination of four foundational questions concerning the relation of the model to General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics. The principal result is a condition of possibility for the language: it is shown that the structure foam → Logos → heat → light → mass → black holes → foam admits a formalization; that this formalization yields six structurally testable propositions and one contradiction; and that the language is not isolated — it touches General Relativity through the topology of the scale and Quantum Mechanics through the notion of the observer.
