Integration of Floor and Ceiling
In this document, I try to explore the integration of integrals involving floor and ceiling functions in various ways, from basic integration of the floor and ceiling functions themselves to intermediate compositions of floor and ceiling with other standard functions. I also touch on accumulation functions of the same, providing generalized formulas and a glimpse of their graphs for convenience. I provide generalization for strictly increasing and strictly decreasing bijections composed inside of the floor function and provide a visualization for the formula derived for the strictly increasing bijections through an example. On a tangent, I derive some bounds for the Reimann Zeta function for real values > 1. This paper is mostly meant as a record of my own exploration. WinterNox: Personal website
