Verifying the Universal Truth and Its Evolutionary Laws Through the Method of Cultivating Human Body

This manuscript adopts an Eastern, Chinese-style mode of reasoning and narrative. Unlike Version 1, this release excludes laboratory physiological measurements including respiration, oxygen and carbon dioxide metrics, electrocardiography, electroencephalography and brain entropy data. It focuses primarily on the description of subjective somatic phenomena, mind-body experiential accounts, and a comprehensive theoretical framework. The core thesis follows the thought of Tianren Heyi (harmony between human beings and nature). It explores the idea that cultivation practice may enable the practitioner to return to the fundamental origin of all things, a state beyond birth and extinction, without coming or departing, transcending the illusory mortal world. Version 1 remains available in the version history for reference; Version 1 was written using a conventional Western academic framework for easier accessibility for international readers.
