Topological Twist Theory of Light (TTTL v1.5.1): Rigorous Lagrangian Formulation, Phase-Collapse Dynamics, and Isothermal Empirical Protocol

Abstract: This paper presents the Topological Twist Theory of Light (TTTL), proposing a radical shift from standard corpuscular and classical wave models. Spacetime is modeled as a saturated vector field (Ψ) endowed with a cosmic tension (T0). Light is redefined as a dynamic topological twist (L) within this continuous field. We formulate a rigorous Lagrangian density to derive field-matter interactions, formalize the phase-collapse mechanism during detection (E = hν), define microscopic coupling constants, and introduce the Isothermal Mass-Dependent Background Noise (IMDBN) test—a robust empirical protocol isolating field effects in a thermally equilibrated, dark environment. This framework provides a continuous, falsifiable alternative to the photon model. Keywords: Theoretical Physics, Quantum Foundations, Spacetime, Cosmology, Light, Lagrangian Field Theory, Alternative to Photons, IMDBN
